Every manager wants an employee who is capable and dependable and someone who, when they are given a task, knows that it will be handled as well, if not better than they can do themselves. This is often an uncommon employee who is dedicated, loyal, committed, and totally switched on. Jade Braham is such a person, and I was fortunate to be her manager at Beau Monde Media!
